We got one of Ian & Chantel's cards in the mail showcasing a home they were selling near ours. The advertisement was beautifully done - and when the time came to sell our home, and after talking to several realtors, we remembered the advertisement and called Ian on the first week of December 2016. And that was where our story began. There was no smooth-talking and empty promises: Ian levelled with us, telling us that this was one of the hardest markets he'd seen and that even though our home was nice, there were a lot of motivated sellers and not nearly as many buyers for a $900K home. The professional pictures that were taken of the home and the presentation on all of the media they created was top notch. The write ups online were also very concise, informative and showcased our property. As soon as the listing went live - it was literally everywhere. We had showings on the second day after the listing went live. We had multiple offers in the first several weeks. Ian and Chantel were awesome to have in our corner for negotiating with buyers, dealing with inspections, and we had a full price offer accepted and closed the deal by mid-January 2017. Not bad at all! A good real estate team is worth the commissions. These are A-class people and we are proud to recommend them! Thank you and best wishes to you, Ian and Chantel!
