Steve has years of experience and puts his clients first. Earlier this year with Steve's help, we bought our first house here in Canada. Having been a realtor in Edmonton for a long time and knowing a lot of people in the business, Steve was able to connect us with the right people, from mortgage broker, property lawyer to a reputable house inspector. Thanks to all that and his great negotiating skills, our family will be celebrating Christmas in our dream home this year. Thanks Steve!

I decided to spontaneously purchase a beautiful house that I had happened upon. That meant I needed someone to guide me through the process of buying and then quickly selling my house. Not sure what I would have done without Steve Sedgwick guiding me through it all. Steve did all the heavy lifting...which allowed me to focus on getting my house ready for sale. Steve had excellent contacts for everything I needed, house inspectors, furnace guys, roof guys, window guys, lawyers. I felt 100% confident in working with Steve and highly recommend him to anyone that’s looking to sell or purchase a home.

Steve Sedgwick helped us find a home earlier this year and was able to guide us through step-by-step when things got a bit more challenging than were expecting. Leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience, he made us feel far more confident (first-time home buyers) during the entire process and was a big factor in finally deciding on the property we were going to buy. Thanks Steve for helping us find our first home!
