Jon provides service which is outstanding and professional. Jon was always point on as far as recommendations and is clearly a leader in the Real Estate Industry. I would highly recommend his as a realtor as he goes above and beyond expectations. "Best choice I every made :)"

I don't know how Jon manages to provide the quality of service that he does for the low commission he takes. We hired Jon to sell our condo in a terrible market but we'll also be using him to buy, given our experience with him. I was concerned that a lower commission might mean a lower standard of service but that concern proved unfounded - Jon provides excellent, professional, knowledgeable service. He is always very frank and provides sound advice that takes your goals into account. He's very responsive and available - when we have a question, instruction, or want to set up a viewing, he always responds quickly and gets things done on time. The photos he took of our condo were outstanding and no doubt played a very large part in its sale. We'll be singing Jon's praises in the future and enthusiastically recommending him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Great service as usual. Sets himself apart from other realtors by listening and understanding what you are looking for. Gave us straight advice that helped us in the purchase of our income property

I had an excellent experience with Jon as my realtor. He was actually involved in 2 sales and a purchase, for myself and extended family. Some points: a) He was responsive to our emails and/or text messages; b) He got our house sold in a market crowded with similar homes; c) The pictures he took of our home were amazing; d) He went above and beyond to ensure that our sale / purchase went through on terms we were comfortable with. I highly recommend Jon for any real estate (purchase or sale) needs you may have.
