We moved to Edmonton last year from Rural AB and needed a realtor. Having no luck with one realtor from a different co. (who was way to pushy and in a hurry), we asked our bank manager who recommended "Tristan Mula" from Coldwell Banker. Tristan was very knowledgeable about the different areas for the city we wanted to look at. She was patient and took the time to get to know us as well as our needs for a home. We were never pressured into buying "any" home, but the home that would suit us. This enabled us to take the time to look at many homes to find "the one". Tristan would also point out things in the home, that we may have missed while viewing. My husband and I both appreciated the honesty and attention she gave us. We felt that she was a realtor that paid attention to her clients, not the "commission" Thanks to Tristan we did find our dream home and a home we can "grow old" in. I would definitely recommend her as a realtor for selling or buying in Edmonton and area.

Tristan Mula helped my wife and I purchase a house in Edmonton and she is amazing! She made the daunting process of finding our first home in a new province much less stressful. She was very dependable, knowledgeable and hardworking and we came to rely on and trust her honest opinion. She was always happy and quick to answer all of our questions, even those not related to the house purchase. We hired Tristan Mula as our Realtor to help us find our dream home. We found her to be friendly, well connected and professional. To speak a bit about our experience, we provided her with our likes and dislikes early on and she provided us with a wide variety of homes that fit our list. As we proceeded through showings, Tristan noticed that what we seemed to like/not like about the houses didn’t actually mesh with our notional ideas of what we wanted. Once we had this conversation, Tristan’s recommended showings provided us with a variety of houses that better met our tastes. When it came to completing the sale, Tristan facilitated the process completely and made everything incredibly easy on us. With her help, we found our dream home! One of their realtors, Tristan Mula, helped us purchase a place in the spring time last year and her efforts exceeded our expectations! She acted very professionally, always worked her schedule around us, was very active in finding new places to look at and most importantly, genuinely cared about making us happy. Whether it was a quick meeting to go see the same house for the 3rd time, or letting us in to get contractor quotes, she was there supporting us every step of the way. During the whole process, I could quickly tell that she takes it as a matter of pride that her clients will never regret their decision and will end up with the home of their dreams. So the sterotype realtor that is quick to push clients into a decision does NOT characterize Tristan. She really went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied and making the right decision for us. In the end, Tristan helped us find exactly what all house hunters hope for, the home of our dreams!
