I deal with Dennis Roszell for all my real estate needs because of his high level of knowledge in the industry. I would recommend Dennis to anyone looking for an experienced realtor in the residential, commercial or agricultural market.

I recently had the pleasure in dealing with Bonnie Meaney of Sutton/Landmark Realty with our home listing. What at journey the past month was multiple showings and open houses and after 40 days or so (in a tough market i may add) we are glad to see "SOLD" on our front lawn. Bonnie not only helped us sell but she personalized the relationship and offered great advice by referring us to a new mortgage lender who we love. Words can't explain how we appreciate the late nights and weekends Bonnie spent in helping us getting our home sold quick. We had a business opportunity come up which resulted us in having to move suddenly. Bonnie, showed no weakness, she was using all her tools (weekly flyers, ads, signage and open houses) to her arsenal and boy did It pay off. Bonnie, Thanks for making this experience not only speedy but personable. Not ever did we feel pressured about any decisions we made. We feel the advice you provided helped set us up for success for the future endeavors. It's great to be a partner and not feel like a transaction. Bonnie from my family to you, Thank-you!
