Caitlin Heine is a delight to work with not only because she knows how her way around the real estate business, Caitlin actually takes the time to know her clients, their wants, needs, desires and fears. As a first-time buyer, I had very little idea of how the whole process of buying a house would be like. All I knew was I wanted a place my family and I could live comfortably and that I'm not an easy person to please. Caitlin guided us through every step of the way. She listened to us and did her research. She surprised us with great listings and kept on delivering great service and advice to the end of this tiresome, emotional process. We found Michael after meeting him through a mutual friend. When we chatted with him initially, we weren't overly in the market, but we wanted to know what was out there. Our first meeting was over the phone, and at the time we had not met with our mortgage broker, but Michael was able to ask us questions that gave us a good idea on what to expect during the house buying process. Throughout the process, Michael was always there to answer our questions and to provide feedback on each home we looked at. We found our dream home in an amazing location in September, and took possession in November. The whole process was smooth, and we have Michael to thank for that! We could highly recommend Michael, or any of his colleagues if you are in the market for a home. Thank you Michael!

Caitlin was instrumental in our recent purchase of a condo. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in the Edmonton condo market and on hand to answer any questions quickly, she also made the condo hunting experience fun! Caitlin went above and beyond for us, passing on knowledge about the various buildings in Edmonton, as well as going over the condo documents with us.
