I contacted Barclay several times for different issues. They are very good and helpful. They response very fast and take care of my issues. They could not resolve the issue immediately for couple times, but they did told me the reason and offered a target date to fix. Angela, the Senior Property Administrator, is very helpful and with very good manner. I left her voice message couple times and she returned my call within one day. Also, she understands the difficulties I have and provide solutions. Thank you so much.

If I could give this company a negative star rating, I most certainly would. A) Barclay street does not understand the concept of customer service, B) they take no issue with a sense of urgency, C) you call or email them and hardly feel confident that they take your issue seriously, and D) if you are planning to move into a building or property that is managed by this company, highly suggest reconsidering as Barclay Street is by far one of the worst I have experienced. You would think as an organization, a 2.6 rating would be a cause for change, but then again, why try to improve YOUR customers feedback? Customer Service - noun - the assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services. Good Customer Service - helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner. It's essential to be able to handle issues for customers and to do you best to ensure they are satisfied. Providing good service is one of the most important things that can differentiate your business from its competitors.

The truth is, condo property management companies seem to be universally terrible. Barclay Street unfortunately is not much of an exception to this rule. All you need to do is read how they respond to the feedback in these google reviews to tell you everything you need to know. This is not a customer focused business and they aren't interested in listening to feedback or offering good (or even knowledgeable) service - that is, if they respond to your questions or concerns at all. I'd say it's probably possible to do worse than Barclay Street, but not much worse.

We have been in a Barclay Street managed building for 2 years. They have always been extremely professional to deal with, and address our concerns very quickly. Shirley and Tony take excellent care of our property, and have made it a very pleasant experience. I see their staff around our building regularly, and always feel like they care about the property.

In our opinion, worst management company in Calgary. They did not do anything for us despite charging a management fee of about $2K per month. They could not even send out Bylaw infractions in a timely manner or collect the arrears. And on top of that Dion Chrapko forgot to pay our insurance policy for four (4) months. BEWARE, DO NOT USE
