Me and my husband are so happy and grateful that we met Tammy and Chris. The Good Agent - is what they exactly are! They are GOOD! But not just GOOD, they are awesome! It was very difficult to decide which house we should buy, but we found the right one, because these realtors are real professionals! Tammy is the best! She guided me and my husband through the first time home buyer process with reassuring confidence. Tammy is the perfect blend of professionalism and humour, which is so important when you are making such a huge financial investment as well as spending a lot of time together throughout the process. She immediately gained our trust and helped us feel educated in the house market and comfortable with our buying decisions. She had a great relationship with all of the selling agents and was a natural in the negotiation process, which really worked in our favour. She not only found us our wonderful first house that ‘checked off the boxes’, she also negotiated the seller into our price range ($20k less than the asking) and we are so very appreciative that it worked out! She was so generous with us in so many ways and we will always be grateful to her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any of my loved ones because I know they’ll be in great hands!

The Good Agent(s) made our experience as first time home buyers an amazing one! Between Chris' wealth of knowledge, extreme honesty, and laid back personality the entire process was seamless. Chris was referred to us by a mutual friend. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions for Chris. Chris gave us a 2 hour lecture in which he outlined the entire process and steps to be taken along the way on our first meeting. On the same day, we actually went and looked at 5 properties. Tammy and Chris are an awesome team who took the time to get to know us and truly understand what we were looking for in a home. They are always in touch with you, extremely patient with clients and not afraid to share their opinions. Their extensive knowledge of the market, personable approach, sense of humor and valuable feedback was the key through the whole process, and it helped immensely as we competed with other buyers and got the place we truly wanted. My husband and I were deciding to purchase our first home together, when a good friend referred Chris to us. We met with Chris to discuss our wants in a house, what we could live without, location and our hesitation with the market. As we ventured through Calgary, our needs changed and Chris patiently worked with us and answered all our questions as he guided us along the journey. Chris knew exactly what we were looking for in the end and when our perfect house was listed we pounced on it. When I say pounce, we pounced! Within 10 minutes of the listing being released, we were at our dream house with massive smiles and a sigh of relief. Chris had led us to our future new home! Chris coached us through a competing offer and within 18 hours of the house being listed, our offer was accepted.
