I would definitely recommend working with Anastasia. She was a pleasure to work with and followed through with what she said she would do. Anastasia made sure that all timelines were met promptly. It's clear she takes pride in her work and cares for her clients.

It was the most pleasant real estate experience we had with Anastasia Dvorak and in twenty years if we were to sell this house and purchase a mansion, we would still look for Anastasiaâ€™s professional service. We have randomly met Anastasia in an open house, when we were simply looking around in the neighborhood to get a better understanding on how the real estate market is those days. We were living in a town house at the time being and we didnâ€™t have a serious intention to purchase a house before we could sell the old property. The first impression Anastasia has given us was that she is young, energetic, shows a real care for her clients, and we learned from our conversation that her real estate work for her clients are backed up with mathematical analysis skills she developed from her University degree. Me and my wife, both with a science background, acknowledged Anastasia's strength and unique qualifications and had no hesitation to request for her service. It was indeed the greatest move we made, as now we are writing to testify how the selling of old property and purchasing of our new single house have all happened in slightly over a year of time despite of the poor economy climate. Over this period, Anastasia performed exceptionally superior as a realtor â€“ she is always on top of things that need to be done and coordinated events to happen; prompt in responses; professional with advises and reminders on when & how to deal with the documents, lawyers, inspections, mortgage, etc.; and sheâ€™s so personable that weâ€™ve found working with her is more a good friend than a realtor. We are so grateful that Anastasia has given the extra miles of help with solving our storage problems and obtaining an important document from the property management company â€“ that we are sure most other typical realtors would not have done. We have no regrets with having Anastasia being our realtor for selling and buying properties in the past year. She is indeed â€œone of the excellent onesâ€. We highly recommend Anastasia to anyone.

We have known Anastasia Dvorak of Elizar Estates Group for around 4 years now. We can say, without a doubt she is one of the kindest, caring, dedicated and helpful person we have ever gotten the pleasure of working with. Not only is she an amazing person, great mom and but she is also a remarkable Real estate agent. Her intelligence, professionalism, dedication, cultural consciousness, patience, sincerity, experience, organizational skills, flexibility, and refined judgement made our experience of both buying and selling a house stress-free, economical and enjoyable. Despite the recessed market conditions, she handled everything with a optimistic yet realistic attitude. She is a great negotiator and always keeps you in the loop. We were never unaware or confused concerning any of the proceedings as they were always explained to us in full detail. Moreover she is extremely resourceful, from professional photography to painting, interior decoration to replacing appliances, she helped us out with it all - always going the extra mile. Anastasia has acted as my realtor, both in my capacity as a buyer and a seller. She has consistently gone above and beyond my expectations, notably when market conditions were particularly challenging, and I had been previously unsuccessful in dealing with another realtor in attempting to sell my home. Not only did Anastasia commit to hosting a number of Open Houses at a time when she was very busy caring for her newborn, she also used her own resources to stage my home, and hired an excellent professional photographer to showcase its most salient features. In addition, she offered to engage a well-known real estate lawyer with the most reasonable fee. Thanks to her tireless efforts, my home was sold in a timely manner to everyoneâ€™s satisfaction.
