Worst company ever. Pinnacle building was the Pinnacle of luxury buildings in Calgary since I was a kid. Pinnacle has gone through 8, yes 8 managers since Jan. Well 9, but one only stayed a day. No sense anyone cares. Brutal! They call themselves Morguard Property Management. But really there is NO management. A name change is needed to drop Management. The Pinnacle gets cleaned once a week usually Monday. Any spills or trash bins, do not get changed tue-sun. Landscaping is awful. They maybe mop parking hallways once, so yes they stink, and then the best issues I left for last. Building Mgr does not live on site. Therefore any issues go unnoticed like the ELEVATOR it is broken every week. In the last month alone one didn't work for 2 weeks yes we have 3. So one is for move in/outs which end of month awful. Wait 20 mins. Or one never comes. AC / air in hallways constantly stop working around thur fri, no one lives here such as the Land Lord (Mgr) so it doesn't get fixed until mon or tue. And now WATER they have turned off the water to the building 1-2 different days 8-5pm every month I've been here. (To the whole building) is it because you want to save money? As utilities are included? They have an office which is usually open but it's an office, no hallway walks no attempt to fix anything, Air or Elevators. I tell you, go to the LONDON down the street newer andsame price sorry to say. VP or President of Morguard would be disgusted with what's going on. 2016 and on our 9th manager ........ here you have a problem. Come on a Morguard pull your socks up recruit and train and put a Manager in. The building, or come look at the conditions of this place sat or Sunday, oh I just got it Manager leaves their office,(never comes out)and senior managers down town leave their office ! Which leaves a beautiful building to any vices. Sad. The Pinnacle is no longer more like a hill. This place should be called "The hill"

Fridge broke down for the second time in like 3 months. Called them 50 times at 11:30am, no answer so I finally walked down to the office with a fever of 102. 1.5 hours later, maintenance comes, flips the breaker off and back on and says its working again. Now its 5:30 and its still not cold, so I call down to the office another 30 times, still no one answering the phone. I drag myself out of bed and down to the office, she says she'll call him again. 2nd time all of my food has gone bad. Apartment maintenance says it happens all the time with these fridges they replaced the old one with. Building manager just shrugs her shoulders and says they can't do anything to replace my food. Every thing is gone. They just shrug and say this is what renters insurance is for, $500 deductible to replace like $200 of food. That's so messed up.
