Jerry Weninger was aloof and more focused on selling us a higher priced home rather than confirming the details and amenities of the second property we were viewing. As a result we didn’t get what he told us was included in the sale. He admitted he didn’t do his due diligence and even made us offer for settlement through his lawyer then retracted and accused us of fraud!? His boss Ed Crowley offered us Jerry’s commissions but almost a year later we haven’t heard anything. This is the worst real estate company out there I would not recommend

Darrol Cowley owner of this company is one of the BIGGEST scams among brokers in Calgary. Everything is known by CREB (local realtors board) and everything is kept quiet. Based on received info, other brokerages are not getting their commission on time, lawyers are complaining about not getting money transferred, paperwork gets delayed and HE TAKES COMMISSION FROM HIS OWN AGENTS ... There are a number of good agents there, but Realtors do yourself a favour: if you want to have a "piece of mind"..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY or anything owned by DARROL COWLEY,.at any cost..
