Great relator!

Shilo was highly recommended to us when we were searching to downsize. We were really pleased from the start as she reviewed our needs, the market at both selling and buying, costs, her team, and all the processes, even before we moved forward with her. Along the way she responded quickly and Shilo and her team keep everything on track. If you are looking for a professional, personable and communicative relator, Shilo is your person.

Shilo and her team were a pleasure to deal with. From the first time we met Shilo we felt we were in great hands, she is extremely knowledgable on the Calgary and area market. We really did feel that we were supported every step of the way through the process of selling our home! We would recommend Shilo to anyone looking for a realtor whether buying or selling and we look forward to having Shilo represent us through the purchase of our next home in Calgary!

I was in shock when I read this very unfair review on Shilo. I am in fact, the seller in question. The buyers were aware there was a hail damage claim already in progress for the house they bought. They insisted on putting a time limit on the repairs that had already been approved by my insurance. As the timeline was very narrow, and there was $25,000.00 at stake, you can understand my concern - Shilo and I were getting emails stating the buyers were not returning phone calls from the contractors. Distressing for me and for my realtor. Infact - Shilo has kept on top of this for me even though the deal has Been closed for her. Proof she is a fantastic Caring realtor working for her clients 24/7. I truly Hope The Montgomery's realize that Shilo was only trying to have things settled for us and will not have any ill will towards a very professional young lady.

Shilo is without question the number one choice for Calgary real estate. She brings incredible professionalism, integrity and added touches that help sell a good home. Selling or buying is personal. But she brings diplomacy, candor and a level head to every conversation and negotiation. She puts relationships first and remembers it's not about a transaction, but a major life transition. Sure there are realtors out there charging 2% and battling on price. Shilo is worth what you pay for and redefines what value can be when making a decision about the biggest ticket item in our lives.
