Chase was awesome to work with and we can't recommend him enough! Chase helped us sell our house, as well as purchase a new one and he was great throughout both of these processes. His marketing of our home was incredible and he had our house sold within two days of being on the market. We were really impressed by this because it typically takes 45-60 days in that neighbourhood to sell. Not to mention he got it sold before buying season and in a not so great market. Chase also helped us find our forever home within 30 days of selling our house. He was great at negotiating and advocating for what we wanted. He was dedicated to the process, professional, and really fun to work with. His partner Ashley was extremely helpful with details, organized, and really friendly. Chase was an absolute gem to work with, I'd give him 10 stars if I could. We were honestly not really looking forward to working with a realtor at the beginning in general. Unfortunately sales people kind of have a stereo type of being greasy haha sorry chase! It was our first house and you kind of just assume they are just going to try and push you into a home to make a sale and not really take your needs into consideration, but we were instantly comfortable with chase and felt like we could trust him and he did not disappoint. When we first met him, we just went for coffee and he really got to know who we are, and what we were looking for. He took us through the whole process, step by step, and made everything incredibly easy. We actually ended up buying the first house he took us to! We looked at others afterwards, but he already knew our first house was the one, and we put the offer in the same day! We absolutely adore our house. It is a brand new jayman built home and it was the biggest square footage, nicest interior for the best value of anything else on the market in cochrane. We still can't believe we snagged this house for what we paid, but I really feel like we wouldn't have without him. I think the sweetest part about chase is how he really goes above and beyond for people. You will never feel like he isn't working his hardest for you. We were way too late on possession day dealing with moving. He was there, going over the final inspection for us with the builder and even drove an hour to bring us the keys after (with a beautiful house warming gift). He was there on our inspection day with us a week prior to possession, going over every detail of the home, helping us make sure it was perfect. He has checked in with us even since we moved in. He's all in all a very considerate and genuine guy. We feel lucky we found chase, and we 100% recommend him to anyone. We will only work with him in the future and I'd even say we consider him a friend now. Thank you so much chase!
