Our experience with the Smith Roe Team was amazing….we received a good offer for our home in only 2 days after listing with them! We worked primarily with Sylvia and were really impressed with her excellent negotiating skills, which resulted in us receiving a GREAT price for our house! Sylvia is a very enthusiastic person who really notices all the positives of your house and she is a lot of fun to work with, however, she is also very professional, decisive and extremely hard working….she definitely gets the job done! Further to that, she has tremendous Interior Decorating skills which made a difference to the overall appeal of the house, especially for the pictures. Many people we know have been impressed by how Smith Roe handled our listing and how fast our house sold….so we have begun referring people to them because everyone wants the kind of experience we had. : ) We will always use Smith Roe for buying or selling our properties in the future and we highly recommend them to you too. We used Geoff and Sylvia in both the selling and purchasing of our home. Geoff did a great job negotiating on the sale of our house, getting us the price we wanted. Sylvia gave us some great advice on staging, and it sold first weekend. We also used Geoff to purchase two more properties he was great, always available for us and did a good job negotiating for both properties. We would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase.
