My experience with Josh Methot was very positive and enjoyable. His professionalism, knowledge, communication, and most importantly patience, have made him an excellent realtor. He has helped me in my search for a new home. I was happy and satisfied with his services that I referred him to my cousin. Josh sold my cousin's house in a short time, and he was very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Josh for your prospective buy/sale of properties. Thanks Josh and Art. Josh was referred to us by another amazing realtor we had worked with from another Province and being still somewhat new to Calgary we really didn't know where to start. Josh made us feel welcome right away and it was easy to see that we were in good hands. From the start, Josh was terrific as we searched many properties across various parts within and outside of the city to find that perfect home and property for our family. We found a wonderful home at an amazing price. He was knowledgeable, patient, understood our needs, offered advice and perspective that was invaluable, and never had any doubt that despite our very particular requests we would indeed find what we were looking for. Josh went above and beyond, researching information, connecting with various experts, and leveraging his network of professionals in other related areas of expertise who were equally amazing, whether mortgage brokers, legal experts, or construction and renovation specialists. Josh's negotiating skills are second to none as he negotiated potential deals and then the ultimate deal with professionalism and ease always working to get the best possible scenario for us. When potential roadblocks or challenges arose, he found solutions and alternatives and his resilience and positivity was very appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending Josh to anyone looking for a first class results-oriented and client-focussed professional realtor. We felt well cared for and even after we purchased the home, Josh still stayed in touch and followed up to make sure things had gone and continue to go smoothly. Josh is an excellent realtor to work with. He is very professional and courteous, but at the same time humerus and relaxed. Josh has immense knowledge of the industry. He is very responsive with texts, emails and calls. I highly recommend Josh!
