We decided to list in a what is a very tough time in the Calgary real estate market with 4 other condo's in our McKenzie Lake complex for sale. Zach Terlier was the ideal Real Estate Agent. To begin with, when viewing properties he was always early for our viewings, having the property open and ready when we arrived. Additionally he never answered his phone when he was with us - this professional courtesy meant that he was focused on our needs and our questions. Both his punctuality and professionalism were exact. As my partner and myself were first time home buyers and Zach was patient, clear, and courteous answering any questions we had. He also was exceptionally generous with all additional information; laying things out clearly in e-mails, texts, and in person. My partner and myself never felt pressured at any point to purchase a house. Zach met with us initially to outline some of our requirements and tirelessly searched the market to find a property that was right for us; even at points - when we thought a house was "good enough" to buy - reminded us of our original requirements and how certain properties did not meet those requirements. Essentially Zach was incredibly honest - when he felt that we didn't like a property he was swift to acknowledge it, never trying to persuade us to buy something that wasn't right for us. My partner and myself could text Zach about seeing a property at any point during the day and it never took more than a day to arrange a viewing. Zach made viewing times work for us (as we both currently work) - this made the whole process stress-free and very enjoyable. When we finally purchased a property Zach, again, was always in contact with us, leading us clearly through the whole process and acting as a liaison between the multiple parties to ease communication. When we moved in a big gift basket was waiting for us and Zach came back with the SOLD sign so my partner and myself could get a picture together in front of our first home. So, in closing, with his punctuality, professionalism, clarity, honesty and care Zach Terlier created the ideal experience for us to buy a home. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
