Coming across Thomas is the best thing to happened to me when I purchased my place around Three Sisters. Thomas is a man that is straight forward. He’ll mention the pros and cons of the estates unlike some other sales people who will tell you about the pros of a place only. Overall great customer service, honest, unbiased, proactive, and highly vigilant towards my estate deal. Highly recommended! 6/5 stars! (If that is possible) :p

Great Experience with Thomas. He initially impressed me with his annual Canmore market report which i found online. I then read some reviews and impressed again. He is a very easy going genuine guy. He carefully listens to what your looking for and keeps an eye out for you himself. He doesn't just rely on you surfing the web everyday, or some automated website. He got me into the perfect place before it ever went on the market. If he hadn't been proactive like that, i don't think i would have got it. The great properties go fast! We also had some unforeseen challenges pop up throughout the sale and he always knew exactly what to do. I also never once felt pressured. Highly reccomended.

Thomas was very attentive throughout our purchase process, and very patient in answering all our questions. We are very satisfied with the home he helped us purchase and will continue to work with him for future purchases. Highly recommend him to our friends as well.

I initially reached out to Thomas via phone along with some other realtors in the Canmore area. Right away I knew Thomas was the realtor I wanted to work with. The attention to detail and the depth of knowledge Thomas has about the Canmore market is incredible. I made 2 separate visits where Thomas took out the time to show me each individual property and explained to me the different zoning and pros and cons of each. The entire process took me a little short of 6 months and I was amazed at how attentive and patient Thomas had been through the whole process. I would highly recommend Thomas and hope to work with him again in the future.

We were looking for a vacation property in Canmore. Thomas provided lots of knowledge on the comparable listings and understood our specific circumstances. Had good knowledge of the Canmore property. He is helpful, friendly and responsive).
