Dave always listened to what we were looking for in a house and was persistent to find us the perfect house that met our needs. He was very informed on the houses in each neighborhood and their fair market value and was always honest and upfront with our questions. Dave also went over and above in helping us when he kindly recommended a great painter, interior home designer, and a home inspector to which we used and were very pleased with their expertise and end results. Dave, you made it a very positive experience finding our new home and we will definitely recommend you to our friends and acquaintances in need of a qualified and reliable Realtor, as yourself. We owned a rental house in Lethbridge which we needed to sell and called Dave Brodoway to come by and take a look. To my surprise, Dave and his partner Justin arrived 20 minutes later and were able to quickly provide two strategies as to how to market the house. More importantly, Dave was able to connect me with buyers who were in the market , even before the house was listed. One of them ended up buying the house a few days later. I found Dave to be VERY responsive to questions etc, no matter the time of day or night, he is extremely well connected in the Lethbridge market and his work ethic is amazing. Plus he is a really bright guy. After the house had sold but before possession date, I had an issue with the garage door. Within 30 minutes Dave came over, took a look at it and arranged for one of his many contacts to repair it so the deal would close smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone who is buying or selling real estate

Dave is very knowledgeable about the different areas around Lethbridge and is not afraid to give his honest, clear cut opinion! We had no idea what we were doing (first home buyers) but Dave was there to help us every step of the way and made us more knowledgeable! He never beats around the bush and tells it like it is, which I highly respect and value! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor! I hope to deal with him again in the future!

Dave and Jennifer found us the perfect house! They had patience and really learned what we were looking for. They asked lots of great questions and spent the time with us that they needed to truly understand what was important to us and find options that worked for us. When we found the house that we fell in love with they gave us great advice and lead us through the negotiations. We were very happy with the purchase price. Our experience with the aftercare was also stellar. We were made to feel comfortable through the closing and Dave went the extra mile on several occasions.
