My wife and I were looking for a home and like many people, we had a loooong list of "must haves". We were traveling with tight schedules and only really knew the City we wanted to live in. Ken made the experience of buying a home very simple. He was prepared, knew the market and most of all, he helped us narrow in on what we were looking for. Ken brings a level of maturity and guidance that I felt the Real Estate Industry had lost....he is kind, passionate and whole heartedly cares about what he does and the people he does it for! This didn't feel like we were "being sold" or "rushed". There wasn't that "rammy get the sale done approach" you so often see these days. It was just as important to Ken that we found exactly what we were looking for and ultimately that we were happy with what we got! If your looking at at home, I would highly recommend Ken Murphy. You'll have a wonderful experience and have the opportunity to meet an incredibly wonderful person. I could go on and on....Thanks Ken for everything.

He was great about giving his opinion on what he thought would be a good home for me and what he didn’t think would work, as well as neighbourhoods that wouldn’t be a good choice for a single female such as myself. He was also great about working around my schedule to get things done.

Ken helped us buy a home in Lethbridge. We were from out of town and could only get here on certain weekends to shop around. We were quite fussy to contend with, I would imagine. We wanted this and wanted that. We looked at at least 50 homes, at least! We found Ken to be an extremely easy going guy who listened intently on the needs and wants we expressed. In the end we were able to narrow our priorities down because we had seen everything possible. Ken was absolutely patient with all our requests. We soon realized and trusted that he was able to save us time by not showing us homes he knew could not fit the bill for us, we appreciated that. Eventually we found the perfect home after much perseverance on Ken's part. We love it, and so does everyone else :) Thank you Ken! Rick and Phyllis. Hi, this is a Real Estate review for Ken Murphy. We met Ken some time ago, looking for our house to purchase. We told him that we were going to be fussy with our purchase. Ken was patient and always on time. He did not try to rush us into buying something we didn’t want or had to fix up. We are older and wanted a house we could move right in and starting enjoying our first house together. We stuck our budget and Ken found us just we wanted. A very nice solid house and a great double car garage. We would highly recommend Ken to people looking to buy a house. I Began working with Ken Murphy (Realtor) about 4 months ago. I was on an extended visit in North Dakota which made it difficult. I travelled 3 times to Lethbridge, and each time Ken had a list of houses in my price range and area I was interested in. When I found what I wanted, he knew all the steps I needed to take and he personally Talked with my Banker and Insurance agent to help facilitate the sale. He put me in touch with property inspectors, legal services, and a repair handyman. He let people in and out in order to do the repair work and even shoveled tha walk. Once the sale was complete he continued to help with setting up repairs as I was still south of the border and unable to be there. I found Ken to be professional, knowledgeable. and helpful from the start and highly recommend him. I know I will use him for any real estate needs I have. He made a transaction that could have been very stressful, very easy and fun. Jeanette. J
