James was an incredible realtor. He was very accessible, honest, and knowledgeable. James helped us establish the right price to list our home at, which resulted in a sale within the first ten days. His advice was beyond beneficial when both selling and looking to buy a home, and we felt as though he genuinely cared about helping us find the best home for our family, not simply about completing a sale. We have worked with other realtors in the past, and none of them have compared to our experience with James.

As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the whole process. James was helpful in every aspect from finding homes to pointing out defects and cautions in the properties we looked at, to finding a mortgage broker, understanding that whole process...I was pretty clueless and James was a great guide. He's continued to follow up with us, even helping address issues (major!!) with our builder. It's amazing to have an advocate who's in the industry.

One of the best in Lethbridge for sure! Knowledgeable about real estate, works hard for clients, and isn’t “typical” by any means. Awesome Realtor!

James knows beards, but he also knows real estate. Professional, Courteous, Friendly. If you are looking for someone that will go out of their way to help you out, he's the one. If you are looking for someone that will treat you like a human not just another sale, he's the one. If you are looking for a strong voice in selling or buying a home, he's the one. If you are looking for good pointers on beard growth and grooming.......;)

As first time home buyers, the process of buying a home seemed overwhelming and stressful. James instead made the process enjoyable and seamless. He was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local market. We would highly recommend James to anyone.
