We used Chloe 7 years ago to help us find our first house and boy did she deliver! She makes house hunting a fun experience and never places pressure on you to buy something you aren’t in love with. She also stays with you long after you’ve purchased your home and updates you on market value of your property; a nice tidbit of information to have in your back pocket. I have recommended Chloe to my friends and family and she has not disappointed!

Chloe is more than amazing!! So knowledgeable, kind, personable and made getting our new family home so fun and exciting! She took the stress out of home buying and selling and helped in more ways than a typical realtor would! We HIGHLY recommend Chloe and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Chloe is a pleasure to deal with and brings energy and a keen eye to detail on the properties she sells and shows. Chloe has shown me dozens of homes for our family and can consistently be professional in her opinion of a homes potential to fit our needs. Don’t hesitate to call Chloe as she’s a rare gem in the real estate world.

Chloe is straight up one of the best real estate agents in the game. Smart, friendly, extremely knowledgable and awesome at negotiating. When looking for a property in Calgary she was extremely patient (we viewed a LOT of homes) and walked us thru the entire process. One of the easiest 5 star recommendations I can give!
