We went to Green Group to sell our home. Being first time home sellers we were nervous about the process. After only our first meeting with Ryan we felt much more confident and that we were in good hands. Ryan walked us through the process and he exceeded our expectations in terms of what to expect from a realtor. He was friendly, professional, quick to respond to our questions and concerns. His knowledge and expertise in this area is evident. They definitely live up to their reputation after only 4 days on the market we got an offer on our house! It was truly a great experience working with him and the other team members at Green Group, we would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We were fortunate enough to work with Darren Piper from the Green Group Real Estate. Darren has a fantastic knowledge of the Portland area and just did a phenomenal job for us. He was always helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was a successful and pleasant one. We were coming from out of the area and Darren was more than willing to help facilitate meetings and inspections with the home builder and inspectors. We would not hesitate to recommend Darren to our friends, family or associates. If we should sell or need real estate assistance in the future, Darren will be #1 on our contact list!!

We used The Green Group to buy and sell our home. When we sold, it was on the cusp of the recovery and he and his team made it happen. When working with the Green Group, we learned realistic time tables, full disclosures of fees, and had great conversations throughout the process. Even talking us through the pros and cons of selling and buying made it comfortable for me to use him and his team. I highly recommend Green Group to anyone buying or selling in the Portland Metro area. He will make it happen. Also, the care and concern after the close/sell. I think you should use them immediately if your looking to get the best experience possible.

Following the advice from many people, we decided to hire the Green Group to list our home. Let’s just say that we were not disappointed. They sold our home in just one day in which we also received multiple offers above our listing price. Andy, Ryan and Darren have a great understanding of the market and truly know what they are doing. I highly recommend working with the Green Group. Not only do they do exceptional work, they are trustworthy.

We just started the home buying process and Green Group practically fell into our lap. We have had the opportunity to interact with several members of the team and all of them have been nothing but positive and helpful. Ryan is now helping us hunt for our dream home, he has taken the time to create a list of or likes/dislikes and I'm sure we will be in our home before we know it. He has also introduced us to a lender and they have both worked to help us understand the process better.
