Im not too sure if the same owner runs it, but some of the staff/real estate agents here were awful when I was younger (a trainee at the front desk at the time was very sweet). Im in my mid twenties and looking to buy a house but will never use anyone at this location. When I was 12 years old, I was looking for cancer donations as my school got all the kids to try to collect donations. Came here with my friend and we were yelled and screamed at to get out. And that they did not want solicitors around. At the time, because I was really young (my friend included) we didn't know what a solicitor was. I've never forgotten this and had to share it.

My family worked with Caileigh Anderson on both the sale and purchase of our home. She did so amazing for us, we couldn't be happier with our new home in Willoughby. She is very patient and knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable!

Tamara Baltic helped us find our new home. She listened carefully and worked hard to understand exactly what we were looking for. If we weren't interested in a listing, she found out why and adjusted what she showed us. Her web site informed us as soon as new listings came up and she responded quickly to our questions. When we found the place we wanted she helped us put in the best bid to ensure it would become our home. She made the experience of relocating and finding a new home a very positive one. I am happy to recommend Tamara.
