Our agent was great- she was helpful and gave all the advice we needed or connected us with the people who could help us. I was thoroughly disappointed when trying to reach out to the office manager regarding a $295 processing fee. Our agent said she would connect us so she could answer any questions. When we finally got a response from her, she sent two emails that didn't answer any of my questions but instead just repeated herself saying "it is a mandatory processing fee." She didn't answer any of my calls or follow up emails. Once the transaction closed, one of the coordinators (whom we had little to no communication with previously) emailed asking if the fee was on the settlement statement. (I was wanting to understand what this fee went to and why it was necessary as I see countless brokerages come through our office with no processing fees). Again, our agent was helpful but the level of communication with this brokerage in my experience was disappointing. The fee was paid so we could close on time, but I have no further insight or understanding.

All I can say Is WOW. I purchased my home in Scottsdale in February and felt like all i had to do was show up. Not only did i get the home that i wanted but between the Concierge Service and my agent taking care of the rest. It made home buying the easiest i could have imagined. 5 Stars! I would recommend Jason and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home or sell. Thanks Guys!
