I employed Karyl Eldridge at the San Mateo branch to sell my father's house, then my own. She and her partner Jennifer worked very hard to prepare both properties for sale, well beyond my expectations. They did repairs, gardening, painting, etc. themselves, as well as hiring affordable professionals for the big jobs. Their network provided much important information for us when we had complications, and Karyl smoothed the way and helped us succeed. I cannot imagine a better partner in selling or buying a house in the Bay Area. They really know the area and the business.
