In this day and age there are less and less people who really care about their job - and about doing their job well. That is NOT the case with Lisa Ferguson at IHR. We had a unique and painfully drawn out situation caused by shady contractors trying to cut corners. I am extremely grateful that Lisa was our realtor. She stuck with it and kept on top of them. She even showed up in person to get them in line so we could make our closing deadline. In addition to her being so responsive, she also has a cool down to earth personality. I really just enjoyed working with her - even tho the situation was super stressful. I always felt like she had our back and we are definitely inviting her to our housewarming party. I am extremely thankful for all that she did for us. (Closed Apr 24, 2018)

Amazing to work with! Answered any and all questions I had in no time at all. (First time home buyer so I had tons!!) Darcie went above and beyond of what I thought realtor did or does. She helped setting up everything I did almost nothing. She was so much help, I have a very odd work schedule that doesn’t allow me to call businesses during regular work hours. She had everything ready for me when I was available it worked out perfect. Thank you again!!!!!!!!!

My girlfriend and I worked with Carly Richards as our real estate agent. Carly was amazing showing us over 20 houses in one week, a mixture of our choices and her picks . Ultimately it was a house Carly found that we ended up choosing. Carly explained the whole house buying process and recommended an Inspector for our home. We are happy with Carly as a realtor and as a person we felt like she took a personal interest in our dreams and she made us feel like we were her only client. The agent we worked with was Rosemarie Stashko. She went above and beyond from start to finish. We moved from NY to Western Pennsylvania. She understood the inconvenience of our 380 mile drive and dedicated two full days to show us over 15 houses in two days. Once we found the house we chose she worked with us straight up to closing. She even met us for the first walk through even though she was sick.
