Brad’s knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. He understands the market, is very honest, and had no problem producing detailed comparisons and reports on short notice when a potential investment property went up on the market, where time is particularly of the essence. Working with Brad, it is evident that he truly loves what he does. I would recommend Brad Richardson to anyone looking to work with a talented, experienced, and dedicated realtor!

Searching for the right home is not always as easy as it sounds! It took us 15 months to finally find the property we were ready to call home. When you’re an extremely particular buyer like we are you want to work with a realtor who will take time to know your needs and take to you to see home after home (I would say at least 30 houses). As they say, 3 is the magic number. In our case, it was on the 3rd home we placed an offer that we got it for the price and conditions that worked for us. Through it all, Brad Richardson, the realtor we chose, showed great patience and provided strong advice as we worked through our options and desires to find our paradise! When it came time to be aggressive in getting the home we knew we REALLY wanted, Brad was at the end of a very special vacation in Europe. Despite that, he prepared our offer from the airport in Rome, checked in and renegotiated a few items with the selling realtor on a layover in Toronto, and upon landing in Edmonton shared the good news that we had purchased a home! Everything went smoothly as we approached our possession date. Thanks Brad for creating for us a special welcome to our first home together. Your gift showed you truly knew who we are as a couple. Recently I had referred my aunt to Brad Richardson. She and my uncle had been trying to sell their house in Edmonton for over 6 months. They were frustrated and giving up hope so she called me. Do you know any realtors, we need help. Well of course I said I sure do! I called Brad immediately. Within an hour Brad reached out to her and the following week the house was listed. What impressed my aunt the most about Brad was that he was so upfront and honest about everything, told her what she needed to hear whether she liked it or not and not what she wanted to hear. In 20 days my Aunts house was old, after sitting on the market before for over 6 months this was the sort of good fortune she was need of. From our first meeting, I knew Brad would be a great fit for us in our search for a new home. He was SO on top of all of the details, and walked us through every step of the process, offering tips and valuable knowledge all along the way. Brad really goes above and beyond for his clients! We found the perfect home thanks to all of his help and dedication to our search. We don't plan on moving again for a long time, but Brad will be our first call if we're ever in the market again! As first time homebuyers, we initially had a difficult time finding a real estate agent who could work with us in a manner that was helpful for our situation. Brad was referred to us by a friend who had a good experience working with him. We can say with confidence that Brad did a fantastic job for us as well. He took the time and effort to understand where we were at in terms in housing preferences, and carefully guided us along dimensions that we had not yet considered.
