I was doing the purchase of my first home and I couldn’t have asked for a better company and a better agent than Marc. When I contacted Marc for the first time, he was very quick at responding and from that moment forward everything was easy. He listened to me and was amazing at answering every question I had. We visited two houses and I fell in love with the second one. That proves that Marc was very attentive to what I was looking for and he even came to the inspection that lasted 2-3 hours on a Sunday morning. Marc walked me through the process of buying a home and explained every aspects of it. I highly recommend The foundry and especially Marc to do business with.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with John. He is a true professional with a positive attitude. He would always oblige when I asked to view more properties despite the fact that the rest of my family had made up their mind and wanted the first property we saw. Always available to answer my questions. I will gladly recomend John and Foundry to friends and families. We are looking forward to the completion day. It has been smooth sailing so far!

Marc is an excellent agent who used all his considerable talent and knowledge to lead us to our dream home. My wife and I had a very short window to accomplish a lot and he exceeded every expectation we had. The care and attention doesn't stop with the closing. Marc and his team continue to check on us and offer advice on services in our new area and they have plugged us into their extensive network of service providers.

Marc was fantastic from start to finish. Stayed with us throughout our entire journey of purchasing our first home, which lasted for more than a year. Never seemed to phase him and always had our needs and desires top of mind. I would recommend no one else other than Marc! Fantastic all around. Great guy and great service.
