Working with Scott has been a wonderful experience. He agreed to look at my parents' property and offer advice and guidance on what to do within our means to improve the value of the potential future sale as well as offer a preliminary appraisal. At that time there was no expectation that he would get the listing, or even that we could convince mom to sell. A year later when she was ready to sell Scott listed the property and was superb. He was so patient with us when we knew nothing about real estate, he explained everything thoroughly and always made sure that mom understood and was comfortable with the process. At every step he had her best interest in mind. He was able to get her the best deal both selling her property and purchasing a new one. I will definitely be calling Scott again the next time we need a realtor!
