Guy was an incredible help with selling our home! He did more then just sell our home, he helped us with so much more. Very thorough and to the point. Defiantly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. :)

We began our relationship with the Pelletier's as our landlords for a beautiful rental property years ago before we moved to Northern Alberta following our jobs. We were happy to have them represent us while we made our transition back to the city. When we were ready to buy a home we felt confident as Guy was very supportive throughout the process. We weren't sure what area in the city we wanted to look in so he made sure all options were made available for viewing in and around Edmonton. While looking at homes Guy guided us and ensured we were thinking and not impulsively buying a home. We also felt no pressure to make a quick decision as Guy was focused on making sure we had many options and our goals were met. I strongly recommend Century 21 and have happily sent friends to them who have also felt satisfied and supported throughout their buying/selling experience.

Selling my condo in a time when there a surplus of Inventory is not easy but Guy Pelletier got the job done. He updated me often, always looked out for my best interest and eventually got me a deal. I recommend him to everyone.
