From start to finish Jeanine was on top of the whole process. Her schedule wrapped around our schedule. Our tastes became her search. Throughout the process Jeanine was honest and upfront. The time spent getting to know us really helped target what we were looking for, even if we didn't know! That is a sure sign of a good realtor. Jeanine always reminded us of anything we might be missing. A check list and a list of community numbers were provided. We appreciated that. Three years have gone by since Jeanine helped our dreams come true, and on our "House Anniversary" every year a card arrives from Jeanine. I HIGHLY recommend Jeanine. Honesty, Integrity, Professional, Committed, and an animal lover. Need a Realtor? This is the one!

Jeanine recently helped us buy our first home in Edmonton and we could not have been more pleased with the process! My partner and I contacted Jeanine initially based on the positive experience I had when I accompanied a friend to look at homes (for her) in Edmonton earlier in 2017. Jeanine came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction we had with her after that was the same. She’s the perfect balance between professionalism and complete honesty which was a real asset given we were first time home buyers. Jeanine provided us excellent direction, prompt availability, and a wealth of knowledge regarding various neighbourhood and homes that we looked at. Moreover, she considered our personal plans for the future to help guide us make the right choice towards a home with potential for growth. Given the stories I’ve heard related to the quality of service my friends have received from various relators – I’d say we hit the jackpot with Jeanine! I hope we’re in our new home for a long time, but when it’s time to move, I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to work with Jeanine again or give her anything but the highest recommendation.

I found Jeanine to be professional with great attention to detail. She explained the process we would follow in laymans terms. She is a good listener. Very aware of my concerns, addressing them with care. Prompt with appointments and keeping me up to date on all details of the sale. I would recommend her without hesitation. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! From the first time meeting her to the job completed! Jeanine was so informative for the sale of my home, the first meeting with her she had a folder full of information to go over and leave with me to keep. She walked thru my house and informed with me of the little details to change, improve, or move to prep for my home sale. (I was updating to make more appealing for new owners) absolutely on point perfect suggestions and conscious of my budget. When the house was finally ready for me to list, she came in, had the comps for the area and price ranges we had set previously, and informed me that with the changes and the market we could ask higher than we had initially thought. I gave Jeanine a super tight deadline to have my house sold so i could buy my dream home in another city, giving her less than a month to have it sold and closed all done!!! SHE DID IT FASTER THAN I EXPECTED AND FOR WHAT I WANTED TO GET FOR IT!! She was confident with the pricing we agreed on she could sell it NO PROBLEM-----Listed it and had 6 showings in 4 days--reasonable offer in the morning of the 5th day on market!!! ACCEPTED offer on the 5th DAY!! CONDITIONS REMOVED ON THE 12TH DAY. Her information and accuracy with the market, and her experience in the industry definitely contributed to a PERFECT PRICING RANGE, that brought in the buyers and got the money I wanted for my home. CAN NOT THANK HER ENOUGH FOR HER HARD WORK. SHE IS THERE FOR YOU!!! JEANINE IS SO INFORMATIVE, SO HELPFUL, HONEST AND STRAIGHT UP. WAS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH HER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEANINE!!!!! She even talked thru our new home deal with us to make sure we were being taken care of!
