The short review: Tristan is awesome. Get her as your realtor and don’t look back. The long review: Tristan is super hard working and very responsive. Even a 15 hrs time zone difference won’t be an issue for her. She will take note of what you are looking for in a house and make sure you will find that house. And she is just a pleasant person to be around. So yeah, get Tristan as your realtor and don’t look back.

Tristan Mula helped my wife and I purchase a house in Edmonton and she is amazing! She made the daunting process of finding our first home in a new province much less stressful. She was very dependable, knowledgeable and hardworking and we came to rely on and trust her honest opinion. She was always happy and quick to answer all of our questions, even those not related to the house purchase. We have no reservations in recommending her services to others and would definitely use her realtor services again if we ever had to!

Tristan is an excellent real estate agent. I recently bought my first home and she helped guide me through the process. She was personable and readily available when I had questions. She made me feel comfortable and confident about buying. She delivered on my home ‘wish list’ and I am now in my dream home!!! I’d recommend her to anyone.

After being frustrated with another realtor, I was recommended to reach out to Tristan Mula at Coldwell Banker. Tristan went above and beyond to understand our needs and helped us throughout the entire process. As the process of selling a house can be stressful, Tristan was always positive and kept us well informed about everything that was going on. We ended up selling our home above our asking price. We were very glad we had Tristan to help us out and we would definitely use her services again.

Bought my house with Tristan Mula and she was great. We had 1 week to find a house and buy it and Tristan made it easy and way less stressful then expected!
