Dave and Maria are excellent listeners and communicators, know the real estate business inside and out and are able to share their knowledge in a helpful supportive way. The quick sale of my property came first and then I was guided through a new purchase as well. I always felt comfortable asking questions about the process and also for advice, knowing I would get a response shortly. Dave and Maria are the epitome of professionalism. I was a first time home buyer and knew little of the home-buying process. I distinctly recall thinking "wow, this is so easy". I understand that not everyone has this experience and I am glad that I am part of the lucky few. I have no doubt that Dave was a part of that. I trusted in his negotiation intuition which did not disappoint. His attitude made the situation far less stressful than it could have been. It is apparent that his main goal is customer satisfaction, even if that means taking a bit of a hit himself. I hope they know how much their services are appreciated!

I can't say enough about Maria and Dave. From day one they exceed our expectations! They met me in person and walked me through the whole process from start to finish. They were responsive informative and super knowledgeable which was amazing because my husband and I had a horrible first home buying experience. Dave and Maria truly made the process not only easy but enjoyable, they were able to find us our perfect home on our second time viewing. But it they didn't stop there. Dave and Maria recommended our lender, our lawyer and they've even set me up with a cleaning lady. Even after we took possession on our home they've continue to keep in touch! By far the best customer experience I've had!
