Kerrie is an absolutely fantastic realtor; the best Edmonton and surrounding area has to offer. She goes above and beyond her call of duty in not only in finding you the perfect home, but getting it for the right price. I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends, or anyone in the market for a home. Kerrie tells you exactly as it is; she does not by any stretch of the imagination beat around the bush. She has a great deal of experience and knowledge, and she will tell you if she thinks something is a good investment or not. In that way, she really treats you like a good friend and is genuinely looking out for you and your interests. Donâ€™t run the risk of going with someone who will do only what they have to; go with someone who genuinely has your best interest at heart. She will make your home buying experience a breeze.

Kerrie was very helpful when we were selling our house. She went through the house with us and helped us figure out what needed to be done to make it more appealing to prospective buyers. She held the best open house I have ever seen â€“ lots of â€œperksâ€ for visitors. She was most impressive with her availability and her determination to sell the property. She is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Kerrie if you are considering buying or selling your home. When the house sold, it sold for 98% of the listed price.

Great experience. I contacted Kerrie about one of her listings on her website. I gave her parameters of what type of property I was looking for and she compiled a very thorough list in a timely manner of similar properties for me to look at. She was always available for contact through the process and explained everything clearly. Am very happy with my purchase. I had a great no nonsense buying experience with Kerrie and would highly recommend her.

Kerrie goes above and beyond for her clients. She listens to what you need and want when you are looking for a home. Whatever we needed like a home inspector or who to get in touch with to do repairs she had a list of reliable people we could reach out to. We would go with her again if we ever need to buy another home! She is FANTASTIC!
