I would highly recommend Neil when it comes to buying a home. He is one of those peeple who always focus on his clientâ€™s needs and best interests. He has outstanding knowledge of the real estate process and works in the best interests of his clients. He pays individual attention to his clients wants and needs. Neil always kept me informed with the progress of my deal and was on top of any issue that arose during the deal. He is the person to reach out to when it comes to anything related to real estate. He had a answer to all my questions and when I was unsure of something he went the extra mile to explain in terms that were much easier to understand. It was a great pleasure getting to work with Neil.

If you are looking for someone to help you sell your place, Neil is your guy! He kept me informed and in the loop through the whole process. Supported me with the knowledge around choosing the right price and what needed to get done to get the condo ready for sellers, and made it a breeze to sell my condo. For being a first time seller I was happy to have a guy like Neil support me in the selling process.

Neil has helped me purchase two homes and both times I was very happy throughout the process. From my experiences was able to get me in to view homes very quickly and worked around my schedule. I was able to get ahold of Neil very easily when I needed to. He informative and very knowledgeable about the real estate business. Neil has been great since day one. He sat down with us and was upfront about the market etc (greatly appreciated). He was never pushy and always let us ask questions. He was always prompt wth his replies to my questions and concerns. He was fantastic to deal with and in under two weeks we had an offer on our home which is now sold. We are very grateful for Neil and will be using him for any further real estate ventures.

Neil was very professional in our dealings. When we originally listed our place (later to be removed from market due to things changing on our behalf) Neil sat with us and showed us where the market stood, Rather than telling us how much we should list for. He left us to decide what we should do based on the market. Later when we purchased our second property Neil was very helpful. Had bookings set up quickly and was never pushy trying to get us into a place. When we finally found what we wanted he was very organized and upfront with everything. All around great experience. Look forward to using him again in the future and will never hesitate in passing his name along to anyone looking for a quality realtor.
