My husband and I worked with Denise to buy our new home in Fort McMurray. From the start we were thrilled with her ability to understand what we were looking for, our must haves, and things we didn't like. Often she was more aware of what we did and did not like well before we were. Her dedication and patience to find the perfect fit for us made the entire process enjoyable - it took A LOT of home showings. Once it came time to make the offer, due to the type of sale, it was complicated and Denise helped us navigate with support and information. Highly recommend Denise as your realtor for your next purchase or sale!

Aaron has been an exceptional asset for us while selling our home. He's very easy to deal with, has great suggestions, and genuinely wants to help us sell the house. We had a few hiccups along the way on the buyer's side, he dealt with everything for us. He even picked up garbage from the yard as the snow melted because we weren't living there. I would not hesitate to have him sell another house.

I am a first time buyer and Tom was the most patient person I ever met in my life. The whole process started slow due my own insecurities, got a bit faster in the middle of it and in the end Tom and I were in the same pace. Everything happened that way because Tom constantly advised me on several things, allowing me to build my own knowledge and even discover myself on this new real state world. After a lot of set backs and unsuccessful offers, we finally found a good place and Tom diligently worked towards the success of the purchase. He constantly checked with me, constantly advised and shared his thoughts and constantly offered help for whatever I needed! From contractors to lawyers, he made my first purchase a breeze. I have nothing but positive things to say about Tom and if you are uncertain about hiring him... I suggest you meet him at least once and let him work his magic. It really works!

Working with Tom at the A team exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Tom was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me to determine what would be a good fit for me. He even recommended a lot of things I should be looking at which I greatly appreciated. Tom was willing to meet me even if it was out of his way as I was busy with work. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though I was on a very tight budget I truly believe his expertise’s is why I own my new home that I love! I would’ve ended up with something I didn’t like if it wasn’t for him and this is without exaggeration.
