We originally met Brandi 8 year ago to purchase our first home together, and since then, we have bought a couple more through her. Each time, she has superceeded our expectations. She understood both of our needs (as husband and wife which can be very opposite at times 😜) and nailed it each time! She is so knowledgeable with market pricing, mortgage information, legalities -and the fun stuff- layout changes, decor advice, renovation approximates, and anything home related. Even the referrals from the lawyer, mortgage specialist and home inspector. I know she genuinely cares about each and everyone of her clients so she only gives the best and refers the best. We trust and appreciate Brandi so much!

We've used Brandi for our personal homes as well as investment properties and in all situations she was great to deal with! She always explained the next step and kept us informed throughout the process of buying a home. We are very happy with the level of service and knowledge from Brandi and her team.

Since 2009 I have had multiple dealings with Brandi and Wendy in conjunction with clients. Brandi is always dedicated to providing her clients with Professional, Expert and Prompt service. Not only does she do this - but she provides clients with beautiful listing options for their sales , showcasing their homes so they stand out from the masses of others! If you are looking to sell or purchase I can honestly say Brandi is an agent that not only provides excellent service but treats her clients like "friends she hadn't met yet".
