I had contacted Jason to get information on one of his listings, as I had just put our place on the market privately. We knew that chances of selling weren't great but we thought we couldn't afford real estate fees. Jason took it upon himself to come out and do a free evaluation, and found a way for us to list with him, and still have enough money to buy another house. We had no idea this was even possible ! He promised he would get it sold, and he did. I had my doubts and some stress from an offer that fell through, but he was persistent. Although I was constantly blowing up his phone with every little stressful thought that came across my mind, he managed to re assure me every time and calm me down. He did not make me feel crazy, as I'm sure I really was being.. Professional, honest, flexible, and dependable. No BS with this realtor, he is the best and I recommend him to anyone!

Jason's attention to detail, ability to be systemic and focus on customer service continues to make him THE standard in Real Estate in Grande Prairie. He is an incredible realtor, awesome broker/mentor and an amazing friend. He makes buying/selling easy, smooth, with no hassle for his clients and for the real estate agents that do deals with him. Highly recommend.

Jason Scott and his team are fast and efficient when it comes to buying and selling your home. Jason’s staff are wonderful at taking care of the details and even bringing a trailer to move my belongings. Jason sold my home in 6 hrs, it had been listed with other company for almost 9 months with no sale, Jason walked thru my home and signed papers, had a client in within hours and sold it. I purchased another home from him and when I’m ready to move on I would list with him and his team only. Great job Jason Scott and Team!!

I listed my home for sale with Jason Scott and his team, my home Sold in less than a day!! My home had been for sale off and on for almost a year with another company, then I was referred to Jason Scott. Jason and his efficient team sold my home without a hesitation. Jason’s team even delivered a moving trailer, to use and make the transition easier going into my next home that he found for me. Will only use Jason Scott for buying and selling property in and around Grande Prairie in the future, will also recommend him to anyone I come across that requires Real Estate services. Tina is an amazing part of Jason’s team and she was available thru every turn to make the transition seamless. Tina answered all my questions and provided all the help she could. Great work Tina.
