My husband and I utilized Derek as our real estate agent recently and we have been nothing but impressed with his services. He is very professional, competent, organized, efficient and takes great pride in providing excellent service. Derek is very approachable, dependable and personable. If you're looking for a real estate agent, consider choosing Derek, as I can assure you that you will receive excellent service from day one to the move in date. Happy home shopping!

Derek helped us sell our Condo in just a short time! We had tried selling our property previous to listing with him for months with no luck and we were very pleased with his service. He was very professional, kept our best interests at the forefront and we were very pleased with his knowledge and expertise. Would definitely use him again!

Derek helped us find our new condo and we love it. Derek was very patient and honest on our search for a new home. He sent listing often and arranged for us to see all units and more. He took the time to explain about properties. And the buying process. He has always responded to my calls and recommended a good inspector and lawyer to help finish. Thanks Derek we are happy.
