Wow amazing! I have multiple properties under management with Laura and her team and have never need happier! I was to the point, I wanted to sell everything and get out of real estate completely; it was too time consuming, problematic and stressful. Ever since Laura and her wonderful team at Red Key took over I have no stress and my rental income is automatically deposited into my account every month, nothing could be simpler! Thank you Laura you Rock!!

I do not recommend ever working with Red Key property management. My parents who live out of town entrusted their home to Red Key and their home was damaged so severely we are still working on repairs (severe mold, water damage, everything floor to ceilings had damage and there was a bug infestation that took many months to erradicate) almost a year after the fact. Empty promises of helping with the remediation of the home, and empty promise of filing a law suit for cost of damages ... massive lack of communication and follow up with any work asked to be completed by their recommended contractors. The only person who stepped up was a cleaning lady contractor who went above and beyond. Save yourself the financial devastation and look elsewhere for property management services.

Kathy the field rep is fantastic and thorough when doing move in inspections so she can make sure previous damage isnt your reponsibility when move out comes. I got my full damage deposit back wih ease. Only reason i gave 4 stars is due to them having an answering system when you call which makes it tricky to get ahold of them. Thanks Redkey!

All of my neighbors and I have been complaining about some new tenants. They have done nothing about the problem and just the other day A DEAD BODY was dragged out of this place due to their incompetence and negligence. This is completely unacceptable. I have also called to complain about a dryer problem... 4 times now. Every time, they send somebody over to bang on the machine a couple times and say its fixed but it never is. Nothing good to say about this company.

Garbage. Only there to take your money every month. Didnt clean the place when we moved in. Offers us 40 $ to clean the place( not near enough) One year later when we moved out, the place was "cleaner then when we moved in" according to the inspector. Got our deposit back -100$ for cleaning. ... They claimed after the cleaning was done we would get the difference back. Here we are a month later and still no money. Im not holding my breath. We asked for 9 months in a row to have a broken key removed from a lock in the house. That never happened. I told management that the furnace in the place needed cleaning DESPARATELY. (Im sure it still hasnt been cleaned) dirtiest place i have ever had the displeasure of living in. Stay away from red key. They literally are just there to take your money. Only positive note was kathy who works for them was a pleasure to deal with, but i only seen her when i moved in and out. Stay away from red key.
