I am sorry that you feel this way! I have the highest standards for myself and do take pride in responding promptly to all inquiries. I have had clients compliment me on the prompt service that I provide. I believe I did talk to you on the phone and indicated to you that I would let you know if the deal fell through on this house because it was pending and you had a house to sell in Calgary. Unfortunately, this house sold therefore I did not call you back to let you know it was still available. Please forgive me if this is the wrong house and wrong client that I am talking about, I deal with a ton of inquiries in a week. If there is any way that I could resolve this situation, let me know. Again, my apologies to you and your wife and good luck in your search! I disliked seeing this comment.

Kyla is very passionate about her job and keep you well informed through out the whole process. She has a keen eye for the market and a lot of contacts through out the industry that keep people coming through your home. Her only problem would be that she takes it personal when things don't go exactly as planned. I would highly recommend Kyla for both the sale of your home as well as a buying realtor.

What a HORRIBLE REALTOR. My Wife and I have both been trying to inquire about a house that we would like to purchase that she is selling. For the last week and a half, we have each left several messages on her voicemail, as well as at her office where we are told that they will forward our message After an entire week of this, she still has not called either of us back. I Wonder how the seller of this house would feel, knowing that we have a high interest in his/ her home, but this gem of a " Realtor " is to scatterbrained to simply call us back. We have decided to move on from this home and just look for something else with a diffenrent agency. I thought a company such as Royal Lepage would have higher employment standards than this.
