Listing our home with Brendan was just a breeze, He is a straight shooter who is a true expert in his field, he told me exactly what I needed to fix to get my house sold for exactly what I wanted, the best part of the whole experience was Brendan’s communication he was just on top of everything during the whole process I was actually out of the country working yet with the frequent phone calls with Brendan giving me updates, he made me feel like I was right there and he was working non stop to get my house sold before my deadlines, I would definitely Recommend Brendan to my friends or family he did a great job and made this whole process seamless. My house was on the market for three weeks and we sold it for over listing price! Thank you Brendan it was great working with you.

When we were looking for a home in Chilliwack we decided to work with Brendan. With his knowledge of the local market and great negotiation skills he was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. When we were facing a tricky situation with the selling party he handled our concerns with sensitivity and in a very professional manner. Always there when we needed him and willing to go the extra mile…and got it done when it counted.
