Trish Taroni Rocks

If you are looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond Trish Taroni is Top Notch!! I first dealt with Trish a year ago - she listed my home and did 5 open houses in a row as I wanted to sell quickly. I have a serious back issue and she showed up before each open house and did not hesitate to grab a broom or help me with the last few details of cleaning. Who does that!! Unfortunately, I had to take my home off the market 6 weeks later. I listed my home again this May, with Trish of course, and I am so grateful to have had her as my realtor! I had just lost my voice due to damaged vocal cords and was unable to talk. She took so much stress off me - she knows her business, is totally professional, kept me updated with feedback and made the whole expierence easy and memorable. My career was instructing customer service relations, so I am more than qualified to recognize excellence - and Trish is it!

Apart from 3 sales packages to choose from? Or the great team of Realtors that call the Select Real Estate their home-from-home workplace? Select is just one of the best real estate offices in town!

Overall a mixed experience, dealing with the property management side is a lottery to be sure depending on who you deal with, it varies from pleasant and easy to rude and disrespectful depending who's behind the desk. inspections can be non-existent they will not use emergency keys to enter your dwelling. and make sure you dot your i's and cross your t's they chose to withhold half my DD post move out inspection with no warning. so make sure you get any and all paperwork they plan to keep. unfortunate you chose to leave a sour taste in my mouth.

I have been dealing with a realtor named Trish Taroni for the past 3 years. She has worked to find me exactly what I wanted. During this ordeal she was interested at all times, researched every lead or link I may find. She was fair, honest, cordial and always researched & let you know if it was good or bad before you go ahead and decide. At my senior age , TRUST was the most important. She not only made you feel like you were in great hands ... she made sure you were! Thank you Select Real Estate for Trish & should I ever need another realtor, I will look for her. She lead me right & when I think of some of the places I thought were OK...!!
