Bob was a pleasure to work with. He's well connected and knows the area well. We made an independent decision in working with him, but he was also recommended to us by friends. We agreed with his ideas on improvements to the house prior to being listed and I'd recommend his professional service.

We bought our home from Bob 6 years ago. We were pleased with his service the first time around,so naturally we chose him again to sell our home. Bob is very professional and attentive. We were very impressed with the professional photographs of our home. We sold our home at full asking price within a short period. He advocated for us as clients to get the home we wanted in a competitive market. We truly feel that any other realtor would have let our deal slip through the cracks. He truly went above and beyond. We are forever grateful! We will always deal with Bob for our future Real Estate needs. Thank you so much Bob! Clayton and Natasha Linden

If you are looking for a realtor this is the one. Bob made purchasing out first home easy and understandable in what could potentially be a very stressful process. My husband and I were so lucky that Bob had been recommended to us, and after working with him we are happy to recommend him to others. Before Bob, purchasing a home was seen as a scary task. My husband and I were concerned if we were making the right choices, if we were making the right investments, and if now in this crazy market was a fair time time to buy. However after finding Bob it was clear that he was ready to not only find our family the perfect home, but at a fair price. Bob was also able to facilitate our scheduling needs, as my husband and I both work long days and nights there was never a time that we missed out on an opportunity due to scheduling. I believe that this is because Bob takes clear pride in his work and always made my husband and I a priority. As a young family starting out Bob also brought a different perspective for my husband and I. When looking at homes he was always very aware if our new home would fit our long term needs. This family orientated perspective that Bob has was extremely helpful as it was not something that we had thought about when looking for a home. Overall no words can express our gratitude for Bob , we were very fortunate to work with him this past year.

My husband and I bought our home in Mission via Bob, and now have sold the same house via Bob... During our time in Mission, Bob has always remembered us both by name and engaged in conversation always... Both transactions were made very easy, always reassuring at such a stressful time. Bob's a wonderful person and a very helpful realtor.. Thank you Bob, we will miss you... very much! Joanie and Jim

Bob was an absolute pleasure to work with, professional and personable. He took the time to explain each and every detail and go over every step in the process to ensure there was complete transparency and was quick to answer every and all questions. Haveing dealt with a number of realtors I can say that I would recommend Bob above all others. He was always looking out for my best interest and is absolutely trustworthy. If you are looking for a realtor he is the one to go with.
