Bjorn Edblad is the guy to call for sure. He has been doing this for so long he is really great at what he does. He used to sell Real Estate in Castlegar BC with my father Peter Blackwell and I was only a little kid.. He is and has always been a good straight forward honest business person. Highly recommended.

As a new realtor one of the biggest decisions I needed to make was which brokerage firm I would choose to join. Royal LePage (RLP) Downtown Realty easily topped my list and I am so happy to have joined their team! Coming from a non-profit background it was important for me to have my personal values aligned with my business practices and associates….from the local RLP branch level up to the national level RLP is committed to supporting our community through many charitable initiatives. As a life longer learner, I also chose RLP because of the ongoing and quality of education and training opportunities provided. The support from the staff and my colleagues has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Royal LePage Downtown Realty.

If you are a first time buyer such as my fiance and I, Holly Colovos was a huge help. She was able to book us viewings asap with no hassle. Holly helped us to buy our first home with confidence and ease. I would highly recommend Holly for any future home buyers.
