I was very pleased with Glenn as my realtor: he was accommodating, professional, and organized. I felt I could really trust him to help me find the perfect home and he did! I would highly recommend him to any family or friends looking for a realtor.

Glenn Procter has become much more than a Real Estate agent to my family. When my wife and I first arrived from Ontario in Comox in early 2009 for a house hunting trip, we only had a few days to find a home that we had hoped would be our last. The gentleman who was our agent at the time was on vacation. I don’t recall how Glenn was recommended to us, but from the moment we met Glenn, we felt comfortable and confident that he would be able to find the right fit for our rather large family (9) and our budget. Glenn’s combination of patience, gentle manner, depth of background knowledge of both the market and finance provided a sense of confidence at what was obviously a very stressful time for us. We explained our needs and Glenn managed to fit in an extraordinary number of homes from across the community in different environments based on our request for variety. He explained why certain homes might work and others might not. He also explained the circumstances under which we might be able to negotiate and in other cases not. Further, he helped us to identify the difference between homes that might need repairs and their associated costs compared to those that might not. The home that we purchased was perfect for our needs. It was located between a high school, a junior school and a primary school. It was located on a road that wasn’t too busy, but mainstream enough that it was not difficult to anywhere quickly. The house was brand new and we had wonderful neighbours. After a very short period of negotiating, we were actually able to purchase the house for less than we had budgeted and everyone, including the seller, was happy. Our “forever” home turned out not to be our last home as both my wife’s and my parents were struggling with health issues. We needed to return to Ontario in 2016 and we needed to sell our beautiful home quickly. There was never a question of who would be our real estate agent. We had kept in touch with Glenn from time to time and he never changed. Always that helpful neighbour fellow you invite over or meet for a coffee and chat with on a nice day. We explained the situation and Glenn quickly went into action with the same calm demeanor he always seems to carry. It helped us to maintain a sense of calm in a storm that none of us really saw coming and none of wanted. We LOVED the Valley. Glenn helped us set up the house, recommend a few minor changes, but thought the house would sell quickly due to its location, price and a change in the market. Glenn was right of course and per our discussions with him, we decided to be a patient and did not sell right away even though we received offers before it even his the market. We did very well listening to Glenn's advice and sold very quickly with what we felt was a very fair price and were on our way to Ontario with our large family in tow. While on the road, there were a few items that came up and Glenn handled them for us as if we had all been friends since childhood. The kind you not only trust, but can count on at anytime of the day or night. This was not the first time we purchased or sold a home, but I have to say that Glenn is by far the best real estate we have ever met. He is ethical, honest, and knowledgeable. He does his best for his client and also does his best to ensure that everyone in the transaction is happy. Afterall, he lives in the same community that he works, so it is in his best interest to create a happy and healthy community. We would recommend Glenn in a heartbeat. Thank you Glenn. I sincerely hope we make it back for that coffee. Jim and Nancy Jütte

He listed my home on Day One. We had a Realtors Open House on Day Two. My home sold on Day Three! Doesn't get better than that! I highly recommend Glenn as your go to Realtor in the Comox Valley. He knows the real estate business very well and, having lived in the Valley his entire life, knows everything there is to know about the Valley and surrounding areas. Glenn is super friendly, reliable, easy going and honest to a T. You can't do better!

I would highly recommend Glenn Procter as a real estate agent in the Comox Valley. He helped us move from Vancouver to Comox with ease. We spent 4 days on a marathon search for our new home, and he was professional, approachable and never pushed his opinions on us. His knowledge base is vast as he has been an agent for close to 30 years and knows the area well. Once the deal was brokered he helped every step of the way. It was an enjoyable process from beginning to end. Glenn is the best.

I recommend Glenn Procter as your realtor here in the Comox Valley. Over a 12 year period with the purchase of 4 condos and the recent sale of my home, Glenn was always available to answer my questions (there were many) and to help with the many decisions I had to make for the best possible outcome. Glenn is always professional, respectful, organized and up to date on the intricacies of the real estate market as well as being very well connected here in the Comox Valley and Vancouver Island. My home sold very quickly, stress-free and I know I saved money due to Glenn's keen eye for knowing what today's buyer wants.
