Tracy visited us in December to talk about our property. We were not sure of the timeline but wanted an honest opinion of our value. We had other agents give us a price without even looking around the property. Tracy entered our house and said show me around, tell me what you have done and what you like about the property. We did , she commented on the good and also some things we could improve and some that would not make a difference on the sale. She did not ask what we wanted. She told us what she could get and suggested a list price. When we called back in February, she listed the property and increased the price. We had 12 visits in three days, two offers and one, we accepted. Tracy was professional, understanding and performed above our expectations. Why would you search for a perfect sales person when Tracy Fogtmann gives more than you expect. You are fabulous, Tracy. Thanks for everything. Eric & Liz

Tracy went above and beyond to find us a fantastic property in a very competitive market. She is very well connected in the marketplace and knew what was required to get our deal done quickly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for the best realtor in the Comox Valley.

My husband and I had a few bad previous experiences in the past when buying houses so when choosing a realtor for our dream house we did our research. Tracy and her team are everything we could have asked for in a realtor. Knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and dedicated to making sure our interests were protected. Our sale was complicated and she made everything seem so easy. Thank you Tracy!!
