Marv and the team are a fantastic hardworking and community minded bunch. Honest and resourceful.

An absolutely terrible realty/property management company. I purchased a property from them and did not even receive a thank you. I had Susi During manage the property. She has terrible communication skills and an abrupt abrasive manner. I brought my concerns to owner Marv Beers. He had no interest in listening to my concerns and told me he would get back to me. He never even had the courtesy to even call me back. Do NOT deal with this company. Not even worth 1 star. PLEASE NOTE- Company owner M Beers gives his own company 5 stars below my review. Don't be fooled. For the record, Marv, it took Susi two weeks to even call me back. Still waiting on your call. As for sprinkler issue, I would have agreed immediately if Susi would have responded to me but was always "too busy".

In réponse to Alan R's review, I would like to say we went out of our way to try to satisfy you with your concerns. Despite your claim that I had no interest in dealing with your concern, I did call Susi immediately after we spoke. She was on vacation but she did get back to you right away. Your flip flopping about getting a sprinkler system fixed and not wanting to pay anything to keep your property in good shape were the real issue. We thanks you for your business and hope you can get your issues resolved elsewhere.
