Retter & Company was excellent to work with! Even long after the sale was done they checked in to make sure everything was going well with the house and helped us with a few warranty issues. And, it's always nice seeing a local company give so much back to our community! Love Retter & Company!

I love working here. Great group of people with years of experience. Great trainer and owner.

John Mower is pretty close to slumlord status. He barely keeps his apartment buildings up to date.Repairs are few and far between. As if he doesn't realize it is an investment to keep the property in decent shape. Tons of mold and water damage. Doesn't abide by landlord tenant laws. Drops by unannounced, doesn't return deposits or even send itemized list of what deposit was supposedly spent on at all. And then lies that he has sent such letters. Clearly he isn't too keen on the laws. Tri-Cities beware! Do not rent from this man!

My Husband and I bought and sold a home with Ken Olsen. The experience was effortless. The communication during all phases of the process was better than we had ever experienced. Professional, courteous, we highly recommend both Ken and Retter & Company.
