Would recommend using them to everyone. Working with Kevin was great. I had an amazing experience with them as a first time home buyer. They really took there time to explain to me how everything works including the market. They were extremely knowledgeable about the market and it definitely helped with finding the right place and being well satisfied with the purchase. The team is there for you at all times. Not just for the purchase but for all the small questions that randomly come to you. I recommend using them, will definitely call them in the future when it's time to sell and/or buy a new place.

My wife and I have worked with The Condo Group for several transactions, both buying and selling. I can't even begin to describe how impressed we've been with the whole organization - the realtors we've worked with were incredible, and everyone else we dealt with was also professional, personable, and efficient. These are our people - there's no question who we'll be calling for all our future real estate needs.

Our realtor Kevin Jones was phenomenal. He gave us very valuable advice and walked us through every step of the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a condo in Victoria.

The best guys in town for buying and selling. Loved buying our house through Chris Gill!

The condo group was very efficient and helpful in selling our condo from a different city. We would highly recommend them for their flexibility, knowledge, and professionalism. Abby & Mike
